FlightCrew Pro·Free beta
Roadmap & changelog.
FlightCrew Pro ships fast. Here's what's landed recently and where we're headed next — shaped by the crews who fly with it.
The road ahead
What we're building.
A look at what's in progress and what's coming. This is directional — priorities shift as we learn from crews, so timing isn't a promise.
- Planned
Commute finder
A route board for getting between home and base — the flights that get you there on time, with live status awareness.
- Planned
Richer inbound turn-ops
The Track Inbound sheet gaining gate-out actual-vs-scheduled, EDCT, and conditions at your departure airport for a fuller read on the turn.
- Planned
More airlines
Expanding beyond Delta and Southwest — learned parser profiles let us bring on new carriers as crews import their schedules.
- Planned
Android parity
Bringing the full feature set to Android, so the whole crew is on the same page regardless of phone.
- Exploring
Deeper assistant actions
Letting the crew assistant do more on your behalf — reminders, bids, and quick answers — always grounded only in your own data.

- New
Friends & presence
Crew connections are now true two-way friendships — request and accept — with a presence hub showing which friends are in the air, on the ground, or on a layover right now. Ghost Mode hides you whenever you want.
- New
Family sharing
Share your flights with the people at home: a live view of your day with departure, arrival, and diversion alerts — no account or roster access required, and you choose what each person sees.
- New
Friend schedules
See an upcoming schedule for friends who share theirs — reciprocal, so you show yours to see theirs.
- New
Flight alarms
An automatic wake-up alarm before every report time, set from your schedule the moment it lands.
- New
Tarmac delay rules
Every flight now carries its DOT tarmac-rule card — the 3- and 4-hour limits and what you're owed — with a live clock anchored to actual out/in times when a delay starts running.
- New
Deadhead check-in reminders
A nudge when the check-in window opens on a deadhead leg, so a positive-space seat never goes unclaimed.
- Improved
Horizon design rollout complete
The refreshed look now covers the whole app — including rebuilt Duty Day and Trip Overview screens — with scheduled times in gray and actuals in green or red at a glance.

- New
Appearance & accent color
Light and dark modes plus an accent color you can set to your airline or a preset — carried through the whole app.
- Improved
Privacy audience controls
Discovery and follows now read as nobody / crew you've flown with / everyone, with per-field control over whether your email, handle, or employee ID is searchable.
- Improved
Timezone-labeled clocks
Every schedule time now names the zone it's in, so a departure never reads ambiguously as you travel across theaters.

- New
Crew on your layovers
See upcoming layovers you share with crew you mutually follow — same city, overlapping time — and connect in a tap.
- Improved
Reciprocal privacy, enforced server-side
Every way you're visible to other crew is now give-and-get: opt out of a surface and you drop out of others' views and see no one there. Applied to search, presence, messaging, and no-fly sharing.

- New
Bid reminders
Set your monthly bid window once — when bidding opens, closes, and awards drop — and get nudged before the deadline and the moment your awarded schedule posts.
- New
Airport taxi & delay trends
Typical taxi-out and taxi-in times and a live delay index for each airport, in the Airport Hub.

- New
Track your inbound aircraft
Follow the jet becoming your next flight through its full rotation, with a live ETA and gate-to-gate timing so you know if the turn is tight.
- Improved
Near real-time schedule sync
Roster changes now reach your device within seconds, reading a freshly-synced calendar instead of a stale cache.
